Design Human Machine Interfaces with PLC
If you want to
design MMI/HMI to communicate with PLC ,please read
article.
INTRODUCTION
• These control systems allow a much more interactive than ever before.
• The main purpose of the HMI a simple graphical user interface to the process.
• These devices are known, the number of names
-> Touch Screen
-> Exhibitions
-> Man Machine Interface (MMI)
-> Human Machine Interface (HMI)

• Provides a simple user displays used to determine the condition of the machine and SIM
PLEs settings.
• The most commonly used,
-> Display machine errors
-> View the status of equipment
-> Allows manual start / stop cycles
-> Monitor the first part
• These units offer certain advantages, such as
-> Color coding for easy identification (eg red for angry)
-> Images / icons allow quick recognition
-> Use of images makes the problems of illiteracy
530
-> The screen can be changed to allow different levels of information and access (more…)

Review Omron PLC SYSMAC CS1
I would like to overview the Omron PLCs in SYSMAC CS1 Model ,what is new?,How to? please see below.
High Performance
Maximum
power controller
To provide a background that the production capacity for sudden changes in demand, or
machines that are easy on the fact that competitors are created according to
market, a top speed controller, can provide the required power to support these needs will need to create a distinction must be tolerated. SYSMAC CS1 PLC reduced the maximum I / O response data and
control functionality, and furnished a lot of
time on the processing machines to provide a more precise control.
Human Efficiency
User-friendly environment for development
This facilitates the development of complex programs, I’m next to Windows-based integrated development environment that the new controls provided with a series of commands. Structured programming function has been improved to re-programs with greater efficiency and thus reduce the workload and reduce costs.

PLC Software Siemens SIMATIC Step 7 Lite Programming
When you hear the word “Lite” software, and you tend to think that software is really useful. Depending on your needs, this may not be the case with Siemens STEP 7 Lite package. Four major constraints in the STEP 7 Lite verses advanced STEP 7 package are:
Support for SIMATIC S7-300 PLC, C7 all-in-One HMI and PLC are limited, intelligent CPU ET200M Distributed I / O family. So no programming S7-200 or S7-400 series PLC.
No network at all. Remote I / O racks (IM modules) are supported, but not for Profibus DP, even if you have a DP port on the CPU.
No support for multi-projects or HMI integration.
No communication processors (CP) or functional modules (FM) supports.
If you would like further information, see our chart of differences between the STEP 7 program packages. Thus, there is quite a big limitation, Step 7 Lite software to further your reading this review at the end of May.
