How to develop OPC technology for Automation Control
Based OPC.
OPC based on the OLE / COM technology (which will be discussed further in section 2.3), so it looks as OPC. Client / Server. These include the two styles as shown in Figure 2.5 by the OPC Client 1 can interact with more than one OPC Server and on the other hand, each
manufacturer’s OPC Server can support the OPC Client requests data from more than one option.

Figure 2.5 OPC Client / Server [1].
Software development for OPC can be done in many ways by the first method is shown in Figure 2.6 shows the use of OPC in the same program without using Common Object Model / Distribute Common Object Model (COM / DCOM) to help make the work faster. There was no flexibility. Client can not use as many options for information from the Component at the same time.

Figure 2.6 Using OPC under the same program.
The second method is made through the use of OPC COM on the same machine. The flexibility to use more secure and better Client requests information from multiple Server and Client Server is available to as many simultaneously as shown in Figure 2.7. (more…)

How to use OPC for Automation system
The concept of OPC.
Problems in
control systems, as discussed in the last section lead to the
development of OPC to respond to rapid changes in
hardware. And to exchange information efficiently OPC has been
designed as a
mechanism to create the joint exchange of information. Efficiently The theme of the OPC, which led to the development of software that is hardware independent. The change at 2.2 to Figure 2.3.

Figure 2.3 and share information through the development of a standardized open systems [1].
From Figure 2.3 to develop applications that are OPC Client X enables the exchange of information with the OPC Server from Company A or B or C without any need to change the program when a driver has changed. Due to hardware changes. Therefore, the development application will not depend on the hardware changes anymore and the exchange of information between OPC Server from outside the company. Done easily and efficiently. (more…)

OLE for Process Control(OPC) for Automation System
Control system currently includes a problem with the OPC control systems and solve the problem how an idea how OPC. What are the benefits. It then explains what is OPC, including OPC’s history is brief and to the adoption of OPC. It then explains the basics of OPC and services in the OPC.
1. Control system now and in the problem [1].
Current control system in the industry. Is controlled via a computer system for factory Also known as Programmable Logic Control (PLC) by a controller computer. Watch and order through a computer screen. The program is responsible for leading the data tracking to display on a computer screen. And the values obtained from the control unit instructs the PLC function is called Man Machine Interface (MMI) is also a variety of information. Obtained from measurement equipment (Sensor) are used to analyze whether the benefits.
Will be used to improve productivity. Or to reduce business costs. Which shows the structure of data for control in the industry as shown in Figure 2.1.

Field Management is a management level instrumentation and peripherals that run next to the machine. The data from this class are sent to Process Management. (more…)
