Sorry! I miss new post on yesterday,Te day I would like to show you in Trigger Ladder Diagram or Trigger circuit.

See the picture below The rising-edge differential instruction of the X0 makes coil name is M0 generate a single pulse of ΔT (one scan cycle).Coil Y1 will be On during this scan period.

In the next scan, the coil M0 will be disabled and normally closed contacts contactM0 Y1 and everything will be closed, coil Y1 remain until another rising edge arrives at input X0, M0 makingcoil for another period scanning and Y1 Off. This type of circuit is based on a contribution to make both actions executeinterchangeably. Even the timing on the last page, one can see that the signals X0 input square wave signal cycle T ofThe coil output Y1 pulse is 2T cycle square.

Hi PLC developper ,For PLC programming example today is Flashing circuit.

The ladder diagram is an oscillating circuit which makes the indicator flash or enables the buzzer alarms.
It uses two timer to control the On/Off time of coil Y1.
n1 and n2 refer to the set values in T1 and T2 and T is the cycleof the clock.

Today I would like to introdue PLC ladder diagram example for Oscillating circuit ,detail thus as below.

An oscillating circuit with cycle ΔT+ΔT

The diagram above scale is very simple. When the program starts searching for the normally closed contacts contactY1, Y1 is closed due to the Y1 coil is turned off. When the scanning program, then the coil Y1 and do it then, the output will BE1.
When the program scans the normally closed contact Y1 again the next scan cycle, as the coil Y1 is turned on, and be open to Y1will Y1 coil off and exit 0. (more…)
