I work around a CP1H R88D servo with a pulse output 0 problem. All power settings are standard, except for the electronic gear ratio. The example is the Handbook of 2000 pulses per revolution motor set.
Fine adjustment of the drive car (one horizontal spindle).

I have the move to Omron (power) function block in the CP1H.
The distance between the CP1H and the servo is about 6 m (2 m). The drive is a Panasonic with brake and encoder (not absolute).
CP1H R88D

Two cases:
1. 2000 pulses is not a revolution engine, only about 3 / 4 2000 pulses also not equal to 2000 forward pulse times (by a significant amount).
2. The highest speed I can use and still move the actuator 100, although I keep hearing that the CP1H is capable of more. The CP1H seems not the problem. When ordered with a speed of more than 100, the power simply ignore the incoming pulse.

I’ve been through all CP1H/R88D manual and found no answers. Has anyone successfully ran a similar sytem? Anyone have a hint of things to look for? (more…)

Regarding more questions about Fins Gateway Protocal Dot NET Class library Lastest version of Omron PLC such as thus as below.
-Is FGW2003 the latest revesion? ,
-Does it support PLC CJ2 or What about USB ?
-Will we still look to develop using the .net class library with visual studio ?
-Windows XP , ,Windows 7 and Windows Vista support … ?
From questions above ,today We have answer for you .

The latest version is now supported SYSMAC Gateway both fins and CIP protocols EthernetIP & CJ2 .
SYSMAC Gateway is enabled. It includes both the CIP and fins driver.
It supports CJ2 FINNISH over Ethernet, EIP, USB. USB is also supported for CP1H / CP1L.
It works on XP and Vista (both 32-bit), but not 64-bit editions.
It also works on Server 2003.
There is a new Active X control for SYSMAC CX Gateway called Compolet (. Net only) with the reading of the tag name. Currently no OPC server to read tag name.
I wished for more information and screenshots, if necessary.

The biggest thing SYSMAC Gateway brings to the table in the EIP in the world the way the PC (SYSMAC Event Gateway memory) must lead in the PLC tag data to participate.
This brings the data directly to the PC and applications referred to the store with a Gateway fin on Net 0, node 0, Unit 0th
